Unfortunately, there are no pictures of Eugene Dinkin, who was an unfortunate victim of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. At left is a photo of William K. Harvey, the mad dog alcoholic assassin who became the CIA’s Knight in Shining Armor. He was told to assassinate Castro, but the plan soon diverted to JFK.
Dinkin was an army code operator stationed in Mertz, France, when he intercepted a message between a CIA-operative (probably Harvey) who had contacted French mafia in Marseilles to recruit their top assassin (who had the CIA code name QJ/WIN ) for a plot against President Kennedy. Apparently this plot already had the support of some Pentagon brass and a right-wing group in Texas (Murchinson and the Hunt brothers, no doubt). Apparently, some top assassins from a number of secret societies were being recruited. Dinkin made the mistake of telling one of his superiors about this message, as well as his plans to alert the world in order to stop this attempt to kill the President.
Pretty soon, word came down that Dinkin was about to be declared mentally ill, so he went AWOL and escaped into Switzerland, where he attempted to alert the press at a United Nations function. He also sent a letter to Robert Kennedy outlining the plot. Keep in mind, this all happened just days before the assassination, and Dinkin was already telling people the exact date and place the assassination was due to happen.
Of course, Dinkin wasn’t the only insider to blow a whistle before the event. Richard Case Nagell also sent a letter to J. Edgar Hoover outlining the plot. But neither Dinkin’s letter to RFK nor Nagell’s to Hoover have ever been found, and both were likely destroyed. Meanwhile, both Dinkin and Nagell were soon subjected to similar tortures.
Dinkin was soon removed to Walter Reed Army Hospital and worked on for weeks with drugs and electroshock therapy, and by the time he got out, his story has changed considerably. Instead of intercepting a coded message, now he’d predicted the assassination by reading coded messages in the Stars and Stripes? Dick Russell wrote the book on Nagell (The Man Who Knew Too Much) and also happened to get one of the few interviews with Dinkin and he came away with the strong feeling Dinkin had been worked over pretty heavily. Meanwhile, I saw online that his son is trying to raise funds for the definitive book on Dinkin.
In the 1960s, electroshock therapy was being used everywhere, not just by MKULTRA and other brainwashing programs, but also on teenagers who didn’t seem to be fitting in. It was standard treatment for homosexuality, for example. There was no medical science behind electroshock and Ken Kesey was the first to expose the treatment for what it sometimes was: torture. Getting frequent electroshock was sometimes close to a lobotomy and used to subdue patients who weren’t falling into line. It sometimes left victims mentally wrecked, with shattered personalities, which was useful if you were trying to alter that personality, as in what might have happened to Dinkin.
After barmaid Hattie Carroll was struck on the shoulder by a cane wielded by abusive and drunken William Zantzinger, she soon collapsed and died. It was only a three or four sentences in the papers at the time, but young Bob Dylan seized on that story to write one of his most political songs, The Lonesome Death of Hattie Carroll.
But where were the songwriters forty years later when Margie Schoedinger was murdered? Margie was a successful black woman who ran her own company and was working on a Ph.D. She lived in a suburb of Houston and was happily married.
One day in 2002 she and her husband were visited by three men who claimed to be FBI agents. What happened next is a bit confusing, since both she and her husband were drugged and apparently sexually assaulted by different people at different times, although details remain sketchy due to the drugs involved. However, Margie says she wasn’t drugged until after coming face-to-face with George W. Bush, who raped her and said he would have her killed if she told anyone?
Well, Margie didn’t listen to that advice and immediately filed charges with the Sugar Land County police, and, naturally, instantly became the subject of around-the-clock surveillance and harassment. Margie never went to the press and spoke to no one about this case outside of her own family, but by filing charges she had created a matter of public record, one that was universally ignored by the entire North American media at the time. What the police failed to tell anyone, however, was they had investigated her past and discovered that she had, in fact, known George Bush when they were both teens, which made the case particularly sticky and potentially explosive.
Very soon, however, Margie was dead of a gunshot to the head and the death ruled a suicide. Meanwhile, her relatives seem to have disappeared (perhaps in terror?) and virtually nothing on this story can be found online anywhere, except for what little tidbits appeared in the European press. There are no pictures of Margie to be found anywhere.
It sort of harkens back to MKULTRA and the concept of a privileged deviant elite that believes they have a completely different set of rules on morality, or lack there-of. Why was it Monica Lewinsky was splattered all over the tabloids but Margie disappeared like a snow devil in a winter fog?
The entire Bush family has a dark history with many mysteries. Someday there will be a Godfather-like saga written about them, but that likely won’t come for decades, to protect the guilty, no doubt. For example, why did W save the life of admitted serial killer Henry Lee Lucas, who’d received a death sentence until Bush commuted that to life in prison? He was Governor of Texas and had a reputation for killing more prisoners than anyone else at the time. Texas executed 152 during his tenure, apparently more than any other Governor of any state in modern history, and during a time when crime rates were falling everywhere? So what is it that made Henry Lee Lucas so special?
Which brings me to this dude, Jeff Gannon, who was issued a White House press pass and gained a reputation for asking fawning powder puff questions, the sort Bush would have wanted to get asked. But an enterprising White House reporter started digging around the internet and found sexy pictures of Gannon on militarystuds.com, where his sexual services were advertised for $200 an hour.
After this disgrace, Gannon dropped out of sight for a while, but tried to continue as renegade journalist with explosive insider information and during the 2004 election, he claimed John Kerry was gay and would be the first openly gay president if elected, a story that seemed to serve the interest of his good friend George Bush.
You ask how I know they are friends? Well, here’s a moment Bush and Gannon had after one of those press conferences.
The collective unconscious is a telepathic river in a constant state of evolution and sometimes the newest sigils contain the most magic. In my time, the biggest reverberations came from the Magic Bus ride of Ken Kesey’s Merry Pranksters.
Carolyn Cassady introduced Jack Kerouac to North Beach’s beatnik jazz scene and he soon blew a wild improvisational solo onto a reel of paper, the first time improv crossed over to literature since Really the Blues by Mezz Mezzrow, which almost nobody heard of because it was banned as it told the true story of a mixed race couple. Of course, Kerouac was on speed so the novel is a bit of mess and some find it incomprehensible today. What they fail to understand is that Kerouac stepped into a magic world when he entered those North Beach clubs. Those were temples that magnified real true spiritual energy and helped open the minds of an entire generation, although Kerouac soon got left behind after the Merry Pranksters arrived on the scene.
The Pranksters elevated “On the Road” to the status of a sacred mission of discovery that involved an entire tribe, all of whom were constantly participating in Improvisational Ritual Theater. On the Road was a buddy story, although the buddies were part of an emerging tribe, but most of their voyages were done solo or as a duet. Kesey insisted his entire tribe be on the road together and that meant he had to find a cheap school bus. That was lesson one: it takes a tribe to create new ceremonies.
Once that bus arrived, it didn’t look right until it got customized, like everything else around Kesey at that time. Ever since he’d been introduced to peyote (part of MKULTRA) he’d been evolving from a writer into something bigger that involved an awareness of art and spirituality that encompassed every aspect of life. Yeah, he was a guinea pig for synthetics in a hospital setting, which is how he found out about LSD, and also what gave him the inspiration to write his masterpiece, One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, but once he took a trip, Kesey morphed into an early master of Improvisational Ritual Theater and was never a mind control robot for anyone.
In fact, after introducing LSD to half of California in a few months, Kesey was adamant the next step involved getting people to stop taking acid. He was the first person on the scene to speak the truth, which is, once you have a wonderful mystical experience on LSD, it is not necessary to keep taking the substance on a regular basis. In fact, we had a lot of casualties in the late 1960s from people doing just that. I tell people to avoid synthetics as you never really know what’s in them or how strong they might be.
After traveling to Woodstock for that ceremony, the bus came back to Oregon and died in a grove of trees. Kesey told me her heart was broken because after Woodstock it was all about the bands and the media companies seized control. Before that, during the Acid Tests, there was a lot more art going on than just watching the band. The original bus is finally getting restored, by the way, and the Smithsonian wants it, but somehow I wish we had our own counterculture museum to display our cultural relics. The Magic Bus ride was the biggest thing to explode on the American psyche since The Wizard of Oz, and I wonder how long before some really positive magic like that comes along again since today most of what’s going on seems to be dark magic.
The first time I saw “Zeitgest” by Peter Joseph, I assumed it was a counter-intelligence propaganda film. The second time I viewed it, I found it nearly impossible to sit through the first few minutes of shells being fired, bombs landing and general images of war and violence, which go on endlessly. (The first time you watch it, you don’t realize the conditioning involved in that opening sequence, and its importance in creating the final, fearful mood.)
Zeitgeist creates a feeling of dread and dread is the key emotion in crafting mind control propaganda. So, I assume the film is state-sponsored propaganda post-911. Of course, I could be wrong and there is a lot in Zeitgeist to love. Revealing the astrological connections behind the Jesus story, for example, even with some major exaggerations regarding other cultures. And Vanderbilt University just released a report claiming elements of astrology can be proven scientifically, so there’s yet another news hook to this blog. And, of course, I concur with the opinion of Peter Joseph that 911 was most likely an inside job designed to sweep us into war, although I also believe the so-called “911 Truth Movement” is heavily manipulated and a lot of what you find on the internet about 911 are carefully crafted rabbit holes leading off a cliff (or to nowhere).
So it comes as no surprise Zeitgeist is trailing into the shooting incident involving Jared Loughner. Apparently, it was Loughner’s favorite film, which may be bad news for Peter Joseph since he has recently started the worldwide “Zeitgeist Movement,” which someday may rival Scientology considering 50 million people have watched the film so far.
Will “Zeitgeist” become the first internet movie to be censored and/or banned from existence? Or will the NRA band together with Joseph to save our guns AND our dread-amplifying conspiracy theories?
Then again, this is probably just a public relations coup designed to increase the Zeitgeist brand immensely.
A final point worth noting: the lawyer who has emerged from the shadows to represent Loughner also represented the Unibomber, a man who participated in CIA-sponsored MKULTRA experiments while at Harvard before becoming a violent psychopath. If Loughner is one day revealed to be a Manchurian Candidate, it seems possible “Zeitgeist” could have been used in his conditioning, the same way Lennon’s shooter may have been programmed with “Catcher in the Rye.” The smiling face of the long-haired Loughner from High School seems is a long, long way from the shaved-head psycho taken into custody after the shooting. And if this is the case, what a clever move, to brand that film (and conspiracy theory in general) as being one of the biggest problems we face, why isn’t it obvious that this horrible conspiracy research is encouraging a wave of psychopathic violence through depressing factoids about the Federal Reserve! Pretty soon, anybody known as a “conspiracy theorist” better duck and cover. And that means you, Jesse Ventura.
And, by the way, if you want to watch a really good film about MKULTRA and mind control, check out “Human Resources” by Scott Noble. It covers some of the same ground as “Zeitgeist” but is a much better film. You can watch it free here: http://www.openfilm.com/videos/human-resources
